Who we are
Lena Johansson
Lena founded btr in 1989 and is an authorised accounts consultant.
With more than 30 years experience behind me, my duties are to mostly advise on acounting, taxes, salaries and personnel issues. In my spare time, I like to be with my children, on the golf course or gardening.

Sia Adinell, accounting consultant
I used to work with children and the elderly, as well as a shop assistant prior to my taking an exam in accounting and working as an assistant and office manager. I’ve had my own accounting company for 12 years in Växjö since then. I’ve been working as an accounting consultant since 1989.
In my spare time, I love going down the slopes and curves, on skis and motorbikes.

Eva Beckmann, accounting consultant
I’ve been working with accounting and bookeeping practically all my working life. With controlling as a base, I’ve since taken courses in bookkeeping, taxes and salaries.
My biggest leisure-time interest is horse racing. I’m a trainer/rider and ride many times per week. I work part-time and look after the bookkeeping for many companies in different areas of business.

Michelle Bobr, Payroll consultant
I started my working life after taking a course in dance and rythm pedagogi bu tre-trained myself after a while for a career in payroll and bookkeeping. I’ve been working as a payroll consultant with privately owned companies as well as for outsourcing companies prior to joining btr. My duties include implementation of new clients as well as handling 20 international and national clients.
I am a singer in my spare time as well as a dancer and songwriter with all sorts of different musical projects.

Caroline Dahlström, Payroll consultant
I work in the payrolls department and look after around 20 companies, both internationally and nationally.
Prior to my staring at btr, I lived in New Zealand where I took my Bachelors in business with a focus on accounting. I also worked a few months at an accounting firm there. I’ve also studied corporate finance at high school in Sweden.
When I’m not working with salaries, I love to travel as much as I can.

Pia Dimakopoulos, accounting consultant
It’s so inspiring to have so much confidence from my clients, to have the responsibility and view of their corporate finances. I’ve been working with finances for over 15 years and have a lot of experience in many industries.
When I’m not looking after my clients’ finances, I love to sail during the summers and cross-counry skating when the lakes and rivers ice over.

Birgitta Eräkallio, receptionist
Apart from my work as receptionist, my duties also include handling continuous bookkeeping and travel expenses.
In my spare time, I love to be with my family and friends. I also love to travel and I play golf whenever the time allows.

Eva Jakobsen, HR consultant and team-leader
I’m a trained athletics councellor, but I’m schooled in salaries and personnel matters, during the middle of the 90’s. Afterwards, I’ve been topping up the education with finance studies at IHM. Previously, I’ve worked for large international companies, dealing wiht salaries, benefits, work environment, health care, pensions and much more. I’m now working at btr as their HR consultant out at clients as their team- leader for their payroll group.

Kristina Wallin, Accounting assistant
I work out in the field with our clients as well as looking after continuous bookkeeping matters for many interesting companies. I love the new challenges that I meet in my work as well as the colleagues that I work with. My job allows me to develop and delve into more knowledge and learn more about different areas of business and industries.
In my spare time, I like to climb and be with my family and friends.
