When you start a company or a subsidiary, you’re still need to appoint an authorized accountant. We have a huge network of accountants that we work with and can recommend.

According to a suggestion by the ministry of justice, the audit rules should be EU adopted, meaning that 4% of Swedish limited companies will be answerable to audits. The suggestion is likely to be instigated during 2010.

We are of course certified members of SRF, The Swedish Account Consultants’ Association and keep ourselves well updated with new laws and regulations. This, in turn, will certainly be a pre-requested for banks and financiers who wish to read your annual reports in the coming future.
